We all
have flaws and imperfections,
That lead
us down the path of vices.
Greed,
anger, lust, and pride,
Our
downfall, these are often sided.
Greed
clouds our judgement with desire,
For
wealth and power that never tire.
We reach
and grasp, but never find,
The
happiness and peace of mind.
Anger and
hatred, like a fire,
Burns
within and takes us higher.
Blinding
us to reason and right,
It leads
us to endless night.
Lust for
pleasure, for flesh and fame,
Drives us
to play a never-ending game.
We search
for love in all the wrong places,
Ignoring
the beauty in familiar faces.
Pride,
the deadliest of all vices,
Blinds us
to our own limitations.
We
believe we're better than the rest,
Forgetting
that we too are blessed.

vices are the demons within,
The
source of pain, sorrow and sin.
They lead
us away from what's true,
And rob
us of the good we can do.
It is
only through self-reflection,
That we
can learn to take correction.
We must
face our vices head on,
And let
our better selves shine upon.
For it's
never too late to change,
To rid
ourselves of these vices strange.
And live
our lives with grace and peace,
Bringing joy, love and happiness to all
who see
